Quantum Detectors install a new ULTRA on ODE at SOLEIL

A new ULTRA detector system was installed and tested at the ODE beamline at SOLEIL by Quantum Detectors staff, François Baudelet, Qingyu Kong and Sébastien Chagnot from the ODE beamlin with comprehensive tests with Fe foil and dilute samples. External triggering, internal triggering, auto-calibration and time framing were tested successfully. The group are looking forward to making the most of the new capabilities of the beamline opened up by the installation of this new ultra fast detector.
